Alnur uses registration details to run the Quest, contact parents about the program, verify activities and plan the proposed outing. Registration and qualification do not reserve a trip place.
The public board
The board can be viewed by anyone. It shows every active participant’s stars and credited points. Full names can appear with separately recorded permission for full-name online display. Amine reported this permission for the current group. This is stored as an organizer report, not a parent checkbox. The original choices remain in history. New signup choices still cover first name and last initial only. Without applicable permission, the row uses a participant number.
Earlier choices about a chart inside the masjid remain unchanged. Permission for an inside-masjid chart is not treated as permission to publish a name online. An organizer can record a parent’s new online decision with the confirmation date and method; changes are logged.
Private organizer information
Only admins can view registrations and family contact details, in the signed-in team workspace. Approved Quest volunteers can see participant names, verified activities, dates and proof notes in the signed-in team workspace. Admins can correct points and manage access. Account passwords are hashed; signed-in sessions use secure cookies. Each point award, correction and display-decision change records who did it and when. Audit history is preserved.
Do not upload medical information, photos of children, phone numbers or family details as activity proof. A concise verification note or signed-checkoff reference is enough.
Your choices and corrections
A parent can ask an organizer to change the online name choice or correct a registration. Choosing a participant number does not affect participation, scores or trip eligibility. No earlier consent record is overwritten to publish this board. An online-name withdrawal removes the name from future board responses; people may already have seen or saved an earlier public page.
Checking that a number uses WhatsApp does not add anyone to a group or subscribe them to messages. No group membership is created by signup. Trip waivers, permission and emergency arrangements will be requested separately once confirmed.
Program records and audit history are kept for administration and resolving corrections; this release does not set an automatic deletion date. Ask Alnur about access or deletion requests.
